HCCA now has an Emergency Notification system.
This system will be used to notify users in our schools when any of our services
are interrupted and when those services are restored. It will also be used for
general announcements and planned maintenance. This Emergency
Notification system uses email, voice, text messaging and RSS feed
notifications.
School staff members can register for any or all of these notification methods if
they wish to be notified about HCCA service interruptions or announcements. HCCA has created
notification groups for each of the services hosted by HCCA. These groups will
receive targeted messages when the related services are interrupted - whether
planned or unplanned. School personnel can join any of the groups from which they may
want to receive alerts during registration or at a later time.
The method of notification/s is controlled by the user.
- Out of consideration for your schedule, voice
notifications will only be sent between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Text messages and email notifications will be sent
out 24/7
- RSS feed will be updated 24/7
