You are about to enter the Mail Migration Area

Alternate Mail Migration - please read the following instructions carefully!

You are about to enter the Mail Migration site. After reading the directions below, you can link to the next mail migration page. . You will migrate your H/CCA mail to your new mail account. This migration will copy mail from the HCCA server to the new server - it will NOT delete your account or your mail from the HCCA server. You will be asked for information before the migration process begins. Below is a representation of the Mail Migration Java applet along with a brief explanation of the information you must provide. Please see your Internet or Technical Coordinator if you need assistance obtaining any of this required information.

PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RESTART THE MIGRATION PROCESS!!!

You will need the following information to start the migration:

1. Your current HCCA mail server - this will either be HCCAi or hcca1.
2. Your current HCCA user ID (username)
3. Your current HCCA password
4. Your new email server - during the migration process, you can choose this from a drop down box.
5. Your new email user ID
6. Your new email password
7. Any distribution lists to which you are currently subscribed. Please see more info about distribution lists here.

IMPORTANT!! The actual migration process may take some time - up to 20 minutes or more. The process is complete when you see the page below. You will not see any indication of progress during the migration. You may close your browser during the migration if it takes an unexpectedly long time- It will continue running in the background.
